Do I have control over whether negative reviews are displayed or not?
Yes, depending on how the review is submitted.When a customer leaves a review using your BravoClient QR code or review link, BravoClient applies your negative review filtering settings.

If the review is below your chosen threshold (for example, under 3 stars), the customer can still submit their feedback, but the review is kept private inside BravoClient. This allows you to identify the issue and respond internally before anything becomes public.

However, if a customer leaves a review directly on Google, the review is published immediately on Google and cannot be filtered. In this case, BravoClient helps you generate an optimized, professional response to protect your online reputation.
Why hasn’t my total number of reviews updated yet?
This is normal. If the latest reviews are less than 24 hours old, they are still being synchronized and will appear shortly. If the review count does not update after 24 hours, please contact us via the WhatsApp chat bubble at the bottom right of the page and we will check it for you.
