3. Terms of Use

Purpose:
These Terms govern the use of the BravoClient.com platform, which offers a hybrid review management service using automation and human quality control.

Service Access:

  • Available upon registration

  • Includes a 15-day free trial, no credit card required

  • Clients may connect their platforms directly or provide temporary admin access for setup

Client Responsibilities:

  • You are solely responsible for the business and review content under your name.

  • You must validate or provide feedback on sensitive reviews when requested.

Platform Responsibility:
BravoClient is not liable for review content, reputation impact, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

Service Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify or suspend our services with reasonable notice.

Account Deletion:
Upon cancellation, all client data is deleted immediately from our systems.

4. Terms of Sale

Subscriptions:

  • Monthly and annual subscriptions available, no commitment

  • Plans can be changed at any time

  • 15-day free trial without credit card

  • Features vary by plan (Bravo Starter, Bravo Pro, Bravo Business)

Included Services per Plan:

  • Bravo Starter: up to 20 review replies/month, automated positive replies only, manual validation for negative ones

  • Bravo Pro: up to 50 review replies/month, combination of automated and semi‑manual responses, negative reviews submitted to the client for validation

  • Bravo Business: up to 100 review replies/month, includes full human validation for sensitive cases, personalized monthly report, and a branded review page

Processing Time:

  • Bravo Starter & Bravo Pro: replies processed within 3 to 5 business days

  • Bravo Business: replies processed within 1 to 3 business days

  • In case of high volumes or public holidays, delays may occur. Clients will be notified when applicable.

Client Involvement:

  • For sensitive reviews (negative, defamation risk, etc.), BravoClient requests client validation before responding.

  • If no answer is received within 3 business days, the reply will be archived or postponed.

Platform Access:

  • The client must ensure proper access is granted to BravoClient (admin rights or API connection).

  • We are not responsible for missing data or limited functionality due to incomplete access.

Processing Limits:

  • Each plan includes a maximum monthly quota. Unused replies do not carry over.

  • Extra reviews beyond the plan’s limit may be held for the next cycle or require an upgrade.

Refunds & Termination:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • No refunds are issued for unused days or partial months

  • All data is deleted immediately after cancellation

Force Majeure:

  • BravoClient cannot be held liable for service delays or failures caused by external factors such as platform outages, natural events, or legal changes.

5. Processing Time Limits & Workload Management

Each subscription plan includes a processing time budget:

  • Bravo Starter: up to 30 minutes of manual processing per month

  • Bravo Pro: up to 1 hour per month

  • Bravo Business: up to 2 hours per month

If review volume exceeds the processing time for a given plan, we may defer the excess or suggest upgrading to a higher tier.

6. No Reviews to Process – No Refund Policy

BravoClient’s subscriptions remain active and billable regardless of the number of reviews received during the billing period.
No refunds are given if the business receives no reviews during that time, as the service and resources remain available.

This includes:

  • Platform access

  • Alerts and monitoring

  • Review page tools

  • AI/human infrastructure

  • Team availability

7. Cookie Policy

Cookies Used:

  • Essential: for site function

  • Analytics: for performance measurement

  • Personalization: to improve the experience

As such:

  • BravoClient remains fully responsible for the delivery of services, client support, and human validation

  • Certain technical features (e.g. automated review analysis, platform connections, dashboard) rely on a third-party technology partner

  • BravoClient is not the developer of the core software and cannot be held liable for any technical limitations, service interruptions, or bugs inherent to the external platform

By using BravoClient, you acknowledge that part of the service relies on external technology selected and managed by our team to optimize your reputation workflow.
