BravoClient implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption, secure servers, restricted access controls, and monitoring systems, to ensure ongoing data protection.



3. Terms of Use


3.1 Purpose



These terms govern access to and use of the BravoClient platform, which provides a subscription-based automated customer review monitoring and response management service.


The service operates exclusively through automated systems.


3.2 Service Description



BravoClient enables users to:


Monitor customer reviews on supported platforms.
Automatically generate and publish review responses.
Configure automation rules (rating thresholds, platforms, languages, tone, etc.).


BravoClient does not perform any validation, moderation, approval, or human review of generated responses.


3.3 Access and Availability



Access to the platform is provided on a subscription basis.


BravoClient does not guarantee:


Continuous or uninterrupted availability.
Specific processing capacity or performance.
A specific number of automated responses.
Ongoing compatibility with all third-party platforms.


Service availability may be affected by maintenance operations, updates, third-party platform changes, or technical constraints.


3.4 Customer Responsibilities



The customer acknowledges and agrees that:


All automated responses are published under their business identity.
Automation behavior depends exclusively on the configuration set by the customer.
The customer is solely responsible for reviewing, adjusting, or disabling automation rules.
All content published through the platform is the sole responsibility of the customer.


3.5 Disclaimer of Warranties



The BravoClient platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to:


Fitness for a particular purpose.
Reputation improvement.
Business or financial results.
Compliance with third-party platform policies.


3.6 Limitation of Liability



BravoClient shall not be held liable for:


The content, tone, or interpretation of automated responses.
Impact on reputation or business results.
Moderation actions, restrictions, or sanctions imposed by third-party platforms.
Consequences related to the automation settings defined by the customer.


3.7 Account Deletion



Upon subscription cancellation, all associated data is permanently deleted from BravoClient systems.



4. Terms of Sale


4.1 Subscriptions and Billing



Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis, with automatic renewal.


Billing is processed through Stripe or an authorized payment provider.


Subscription fees grant access to the platform during the active billing period.


Fees are due regardless of review volume, usage level, or business results.


4.2 Plans and Features



Each plan provides access to a defined set of features, including automated review monitoring, automatic responses, configuration tools, and reporting capabilities.


Features and terms may vary depending on the selected plan and may evolve over time.


4.3 Automated Processing



Review responses are generated and published automatically based on customer-defined rules and available system resources.


BravoClient does not guarantee:


A minimum or maximum number of responses.
A specific response frequency or turnaround time.
Continuous processing capacity.


4.4 Cancellation and Refund Policy



Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.


Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.


No refunds are granted for partial periods, unused time, or inactivity.


4.5 No Reviews – No Refund



Subscriptions remain active and billable even if no reviews are received during a given period.


This includes continued access to:


The platform and dashboard.
Monitoring and automation infrastructure.
Configuration tools and support availability.


4.6 Force Majeure



BravoClient shall not be held liable for delays or service failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party service outages, regulatory changes, or infrastructure failures.



5. Feature and Service Changes



BravoClient reserves the right to modify, add, remove, suspend, or replace any feature, automation logic, supported platform, or service component, at any time, for technical, legal, operational, security, or business reasons.


Unless otherwise required by law:


No compensation or refund shall be due as a result of such changes.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified features.
BravoClient does not guarantee the permanence of any specific feature or behavior.

By using the service, the customer acknowledges the reliance on these third-party technologies as part of the automated operation.



10. Governing Law



These terms are governed by French law.


Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
